With 33 beds available and nursing staff on-site 24 hours a day, our facility offers accommodations that give peace of mind to men and women seeking a life of sobriety. Patients have access to an onsite outdoor pool for relaxation and a wraparound porch to enjoy their daily meals on.Treatment and StaffIn addition to its residential/inpatient program, Sunspire Health Hilton Head offers onsite sub-acute social detox (when necessary), a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Each patient receives individualized treatment based on his or her specific needs for recovery. Patients have many different varieties of therapy available during treatment, including individual therapy, CBT, psycho-education, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and adventure therapy. Alternative therapies such as yoga, meditation, and animal-assisted therapy are also offered. The facility has a high staff-to-patient ratio, ensuring that each patient receives the personalized care he or she deserves.

Mirror Lake Recovery Center provides life-changing treatment services to men and women, aged 18 and above, who have been struggling with substance abuse and chemical dependency, and who also may be experiencing a co-occurring mental health disorder. When an individual enters treatment at Mirror Lake, he or she will work in close collaboration with a team of experienced and compassionate mental health professionals, including an addictionologist, master’s level therapists, case managers, registered nurses, clinical technicians, and other providers as needed.Depending upon each client’s unique needs, treatment at Mirror Lake Recovery Center may be provided at the detox, residential, or partial hospitalization (PHP) levels. At all levels, each client works with the members of his or her treatment team to identify the client’s needs, set treatment goals, and develop a comprehensive personalized treatment plan. The client’s treatment objectives will be individualized, realistic, measurable, time specific, and appropriate to the level of treatment.
