The staff and management of Futures of Palm Beach is committed to providing an atmosphere of safety, respect, compassion, and dignity at our superior residential facility in Tequesta, Florida. Our program is structured and clinically intensive with an open mind to 12-step recovery and alternative models. A minimum of 3 - 5 hours of individual work is provided each week with Masters or PhD level therapists and Medical Doctors. In addition, case management and relapse prevention work is tailored to the individual needs of each client. Serenity House provides both short- and long-term treatment options for adult men and women, ages 18 and above, who have been struggling with substance abuse and chemical dependency. With no more than six people receiving care at any one time, Serenity House offers an intensely personalized treatment experience to all who choose to heal with us. Reflecting our strong focus on holistic wellness, our comprehensive programming is designed to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual elements of addiction and recovery.At Serenity House, patients have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with experienced and dedicated treatment professionals as they progress through an evidenced-based treatment curriculum. In addition to helping men and women end their dependence upon alcohol and/or other drugs, we devote significant attention to helping our patients develop the skills and create the healthy habits that will support their continued recovery and empower them to live a more productive and satisfying lifestyle.
Situated at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Village Behavioral Health offers an ideal setting for adolescents to begin facing their difficulties free from distractions. Our programs's goal is to help teenagers make better choices by helping them understand how poor choices have affected them in the past. Village Behavioral Health provides a safe, secure, and serene setting to allow treatment to truly begin.Family involvement is essential to make a lasting change. For the adolescent to get the full benefit of our program, we believe the family must be active participants in the treatment process. Family Therapy occurs on a regular basis and is a critical part of our program, ensuring long-term success of the youth.Village Behavioral Health’s Alcohol & Drug Program follows the 12-step model. Each adolescent begins their treatment within the 12-step model and engages in on-campus groups. Adolescents are also introduced to a relapse prevention program and guided in gaining control over their substance abuse and addiction.
Today, Serenity Knolls is a residential treatment center that provides comprehensive services to adult men and women, ages 18 and above, whose lives have been impacted by substance abuse, chemical dependency, and certain co-occurring conditions. We are prepared to provide care to men and women whose struggles include, but are not limited to, dependence upon the following addictive substances: alcohol, cannabis, stimulants, sedatives, benzodiazepines, hallucinogens, methamphetamine, PCP, and opioids including heroin, morphine, and prescription medications.We also welcome men and women whose primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder is accompanied by co-occurring anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, and temporary psychosis that is directly related to substance abuse. However, we cannot accept individuals who are struggling with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pain disorders, and psychotic disorders that are not the direct result of substance abuse.
