Even though they realize they have a problem, they don’t know what to do or where to go. In most cases they know about Gamblers Anonymous but are unwilling to reveal their identity. They take the time to surf the internet but still not sure what to do.

They see a recovery program that cost less then twenty dollars. They make the excuse that’s ridiculous it should be for free. That same night they decide to go out to the gambling establishment.
